Play a dark bullet hell where you have to manage your sanity in a mental hospital!
Enter a mental hospital where you will battle hospital themed enemies that will unleash hell with their bullets!
As you take damage you will lose sanity and will have problems knowing what is real and what isn't.
Kill as many enemies and survive as much as possible to get the highest score!
